We accept returns and exchanges for U.S. customers within 7 days of delivery, under the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
Customers must contact us before sending anything back
Return shipping costs are the customerβs responsibility unless we made an error
You may request a product exchange of equal or lesser value
Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned and inspected
We do not accept physical returns for international orders, due to high shipping costs and customs complexities.
However, depending on the situation, we may offer a partial refund of up to 50% if:
You notify us within 7 days of delivery
You provide photo evidence of a product issue (e.g., damaged, wrong item)
We appreciate your understanding and will do our best to make things right.

Items marked final sale at the time of purchase
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
